Charnwood Arc Replacement Stove Glass with Seal

Select the correct Charnwood Arc model from the dropdown menu. Each option includes the correct replacement glass and a 25mm self-adhesive fold-over high-temperature glass seal.

Every panel is precision cut from genuine SCHOTT ROBAX 4mm heat-resistant glass-ceramic designed for high-temperature stove applications. The glass is unbranded and features no logo.

Glass Seal Included

A 25mm self-adhesive fold-over glass seal is supplied with every panel.

Centre the seal over the 4mm glass edge and fold it evenly onto both the front and rear faces. The seal cushions both sides of the glass where it is held between the front retaining frame and rear door frame.

Continue around the full perimeter and join the ends neatly without overlapping them.

Fitting Advice

Remove the old glass and seal and clean the glass recess thoroughly. Fit the supplied seal around the complete perimeter, ensuring it folds evenly onto both faces of the glass.

Refit the retaining frame gradually and evenly. Screws should only be tightened hand tight and must not be overtightened, as excessive or uneven pressure can damage the glass.
